GRATITUDE:

Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’, is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver.

Gratitude makes us compassionate, more trusting, more social, and more appreciative. As a result, it helps us make more friends, deepen our existing relationships, and improve our bonds. Gratitude helps us socialize. It makes us feel nicer and strengthens our friendships and relationships.

How to Express Gratitude?

A gratitude journal is a great way to keep yourself in a thankful and positive state of being.

  • BE THANKFUL Always
  • PREPARE a List of People whom you are thankful for and write why?
  • WRITE down all actions for which you are grateful.
    eg. I am grateful for…………………………..
  • THINK how you are grateful for yourself too.
  • BE Positive. Think more about your positive strength.
  • EXPRESS your emotions to friends and family members regularly.
  • SHARE your happier EXPERIENCES with them
  • Highlight all happier events, situations, moments in your daily life.
  • Encourage others to express themselves, openly and frequently.
  • Be a Active Listener.
  • Do random act of Kindness
  • Be Happy and Spread Happiness Always.
